| 摘 要： | 职业心理素质是指与人所从事的职业匹配的心理素质的总和,其结构包括职业意识和职业技能,具有稳定性、基础性、综合性和发展性特征,对职业活动有制约、调节和鉴别功能。职业心理素质培训主要包括职业定向时期的职业心理素质培训和生涯教育中的职业心理素质培训。

| Abstract: | The quality of professional psychology refers to match the total of the quality of psychology with profession which people are engaged in. Its construction includes professional consciousness and professional skill, and its characteristics are stable, basic, comprehensive and developmental. It has restrained, adjustable and distinguishable function to professional activity. The training of the quality of professional psychology mainly includes the period of professional direction and career education on the training. |
