| 摘 要： | 保持先进性是中国共产党建设的核心问题．事关党的执政地位的巩固和执政使命的完成。加强党的先进性建设，增强先进性教育活动的实效性，必须把握好先进性的标准，掌握其基准性、把握其时代性、体现其具体性、认识其规律性，有的放矢地开展先进性教育。
