论南京国民政府的农业科技改良

科技改良是南京国民政府发展农业的一项举措.近代以来,随着我国半封建半殖民地化的日益加深,农业危机也进一步加强.南京国民政府建立后,受天灾与战争的影响,农业经济已近崩溃,为巩固统治、发展农业,其先后制定了一系列有关农业科技改良的方针政策,并采取了相应措施.由于对农业科技改良表现了一定的热情和重视,在某些方面确有成效,但终因其落后生产关系的桎梏及其他因素的干扰,使得这一举措带有很大的局限性.

An Introduction to Melioration of Agricultural Technology of Nanjing Republic Government

Melioration of technology was a measure taken by the Nanjing Republic government to develop its agricultural industry. Agricultural crisis strengthened with the progressively deepening semi-feudalization and semi-colonization of China. When the Nanjing government came into power, the agricultural economy was on the edge of collapse due to natural disasters and effects of war. In order to solidify its reign and develop agriculture, the Nanjing government made a set of policies concerning the melioration of agricultural technology and took corresponding measures. The enthusiasm and attention paid to the melioration of agricultural technology worked to a certain extent. However, this act was in constraint of laggard productive relations and other factors.
