| Abstract: | The reserve manpower of academic profession is future faculty. The research on training reserve manpower of academic profession has the practical significance to help people to start their academic career successfully who wishing to devote to academic profession and, to advance the theory and practice value on faculty's professionalism, to increase the whole quality on teaching and research in universities. It is necessary to build a pre-career education with plentiful contents and diverse kinds and make it joined with in career education to form a whole successive unity. |
