| 摘 要： | 随着社会的急剧转型，我国大中小学校进入到了一个突发事件的频发时期，正确认识和应对这些突发事件，成为各级各类学校的一项重要职责。学校领导必须高度重视，谨慎对待，通过建立和健全学校应急管理体制和机制，不断提高学校治理危机的各种能力，切实维护学校和社会稳定，确保学校和谐健康发展。

| Abstract: | with the rapid development of social transition, the campus emergencies happen frequently. The correct understanding of and appropriately responding to the contingencies are one of the important tasks. In order to guarantee the sustainable development of schools and social stability, it is absolutely necessary to establish the emergency management mechanism of campus emergencies, from which the campus management can benefit. |
