| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了岩土工程专业的涵义及其包含范围,岩土工程与相关专业的关系,岩石和土区别于其他人工材料而独有的特性及其复杂性,进而论述岩土工程涉及到的理论参数的不确定性及一些基本理论原理的不完善性,最后论述本人对注册岩土工程师职业的看法及国家行政部门目前的相关规定。

| Abstract: | This article explains the meaning of geotechnical engineer and included range,the relationship between geotechnical engineering and related specialty,the unique characteristics and complexity of rock and soil materials different from other rtificial mate-rials,and then discuss the uncertainty of geotechnical parameters and the imperfection of some basic theoretical principles,and finally discuss my views of registered geotechnical engineer and the relevant provisions of current national administrations. |
