走工学结合发展道路 创新人才培养模式——以闽西职业技术学院环境艺术设计专业为例

高职教育是与社会经济结合最紧密的教育，但目前高职教育培养的毕业生与企业人才需求的矛盾日益突出。工学结合推进人才培养模式创新，针对高职环境艺术设计专业学生的培养走工学结合之路的必要性、可行性，切实加强校内、外实训基地建设，让企业通力合作、真正参与到人才培养中来，采用集中训练、师徒综合培养等模式，扎实做好环境艺术设计专业学生的素质能力培养。

Following the path of work-learning combination and innovating talent training mode -A case study of Environmental Art Design Specialty in Minxi Vocational and Technical College

Higher vocational education is most closely linked to social economy, but the current contradiction between the graduates and the enterprise talents is becoming increasingly prominent. The combination of learning with practice promotes the innovation of training mode. Aiming at the training of students majoring in Environmental Art Design, this paper puts forward the necessity and feasibility of adopting the way of combining learning and practice. The cultivation of quality and ability on students should strengthen the construction of internal and external training bases, allow enterprises to really participate in personnel training, and make use of intensive training and mentoring integrated training.
