论高职院校发展的风险规避

目前，高职教育存在深层次办学环境的风险。其自身的核心竞争力与有一定历史的普通高校相比，还有较大的差距；不少高职院校既没有健全的输血机制，自身又欠缺造血功能；此外，还要承受政策与制度安排上的歧视，承受社会意识（专科层级）、社会竞争（示范评估）所带来的种种压力。为此，高职院校必须积极探索规避风险的路径。

On Risk Aversion of the Development of Higher Vocational Colleges

Currently, higher vocational education has risks on the environment of running a school in a deep-going way. Compared with the ordinary institutions of higher education with long history, the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges still has big differences. Many higher vocational colleges neither have perfect＇ blood transfusion＇ system nor do they have＇ blood-forming＇ function. Besides, they have to suffer from the discrimination of the arrangement of policy and system and from varied pressure from social awareness（ schools＇ level）and social competition（ demonstration evaluation）. Therefore, higher vocational colleges must explore the access to risk aversion actively.
