| 摘 要： | 加强社会管理创新是构建社会主义和谐社会的内在需求。缺乏理念创新、忽视民生焦点问题、疏漏管理重点领域等诸多问题是青海省社会管理工作存在的主要弊端与障碍,需要从完善管理主体结构、加强问题源头治理、稳定社会基础等方面不断加强社会管理创新,进而助推我省和谐社会构建进程。

| Abstract: | To strengthen the social management innovation is the internal demand of building harmonious society.The lack of innovative ideas,neglecting omission livelihood focus and management areas of focus problems in Qinghai is the main social management problems and obstacles,and need improve the management structure,strengthen the problem management,social stability to strengthen the basis ofthe innovation of social management,and help to advance process of constructing a harmonious society in Qinghai. |
