摘    要:利用膝关节CT扫描数据建立具有高度几何材料相似性的膝关节三维有限元模型,并分析了膝关节小腿内、外翻以及胫骨受向前拉力和向后推力作用时,膝关节前交叉韧带(ACL)、后交叉韧带(PCL)、内侧副韧带(MCL)、外侧副韧带(LCL)的生物力学特性,为运动训练过程中膝关节运动损伤的预防与治疗提供一定的理论依据.该研究所建立的膝关节三维有限元模型高度模拟了膝关节的结构与材料特性,模型单元划分精细、精度高,该数字模型能够以不同的文件格式输出,如STL,IGES格式等,实现了数据资源共享.

Abstract:The t hree2dimensional finite element model of knee joint t hat that consideres material property and geomet ric ehavior was established using t he CT data. The objective was to investigate biomechanics characteristic of Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) , Posterior Cruciate Ligament ( PCL) ,Medial collateral Ligament (MCL) , Lateral Collateral Ligament (LCL) for t he knee joint for application of clinical diagnosis and therapy during sport . The three-dimensional finite element model simulated t he st ruct ure and p roperty of knee joint , whose st ruct ure was whole , it s element s was fine , the model was accurate and credible , which could be outp ut by different format , as STL and IGES etc ,which realized t he data share.
