| 摘 要： | 一个健康长寿的企业 ,并不是简单地逃离企业生命周期循环获得长寿的企业 ,而恰恰是根据企业生命周期的规律 ,在不同的时期采取相应对策 ,以变应变 ,不断给企业注入新的营养、激发新的活力 ,从而使企业生命在不断地循环中一次又一次从即将衰退中走向新生 ,实现了企业的长寿。
