学校德育工作实效性缺失的社会学分析与对策

摘    要:随着改革开放的不断深入,社会结构、经济体制的巨大转型,学校德育工作存在管理模式陈旧、内容脱离实际、方法教条死板、评价方式单一等问题,加之在社会价值观念多元化、社会价值评价多元化、社会竞争中不平等现象、社会流行文化及网络信息等多重因素的影响下,学校德育工作陷入了前所未有的困境。因此,应面对社会变革,顺应时代发展进程,从各方面着手,确立合理的德育目标与内容体系,建立长效有序的德育运行机制,构筑平等民主的师生关系以及公正多元的评价标准,以切实提高学校德育工作的实效性。

Abstract:China′s reform and opening-up policy drives its society from an isolated one to an open one,giving a chance for all kinds of views,values,and ways of thinking to rush in,which seriously affect the school moral education.It is therefore proposed that the moral education should recognize the social reality,conform to the development of the time,and improving the moral education by means of establishing a reasonable goal and content system,constructing a long-term and effective operation mechanism,develop a democratic relationship between teachers and students,and adopt multiple and equal evaluation systems accordingly.
