| 摘 要： | 在高等院校不断扩大招生规模的背景下,高等院校的教学质量问题也日趋突出,并将直接对高等教育的发展产生影响.课堂教学是教育的主体部分,是实现教育目标的最基本途径,建立起教师、学生、教研室和督导组构成的层级结合的评估主体,形成"报、审、听、评"的制度规范,建立起科学的评估指标体系,对于加强课堂教学管理,提高教学质量具有十分重要的意义.

| Abstract: | The increased admission of students by colleges and universities has made the teaching quality a serious problem in the development of higher education. Classroom teaching is the chief means of realizing our educational goals. A properly-structured evaluating body, a multi-channeled evaluation system and the establishment of a critical system are essential to the management of classroom teaching. |
