杂交水稻离体叶片衰老与蛋白质代谢的关系

摘    要:杂交水稻离体叶片衰老时,叶片中的叶绿素和蛋白质含量下降.游离氨基酸含量增加.氨肽酶和内肽酶的活性显著上升,说明在衰老叶片中氨肽醇和内肽酶的作用是蛋白质降解的主要原因.

Abstract:Relationchip between detached leaves senescence of hybrid rice cv. Shanyou 63 and protein metabolism was studied. During the senescence of detached leaves, the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein decreased, and the contcnt of free amino acid increased, and the activities of aminopeptidase and endopeptidase markedly rase. The results suggested that the main reason why protems were degraded was the proteolysis of aminopeptidase and endopeptidase in senescent leaves.
