| 摘 要： | 人才资源是创新型社会中区域经济发展的最关键因素,人才资源可以通过科学技术创新促进区域技术进步.在对西部地区人才资源开发重要性分析的基础上,通过选取适当变量建立了人才资源开发的指标体系及分析框架,并运用统计比较方法对样本省市进行了实证分析,认为所构建的人才指标开发体系具有较好的适用性,可以合理反映人才资源开发现状,并由此给出相关建议.

| Abstract: | Human resource is the most important factor in an innovative society,and can improve regional technology development via the technology innovation.This paper analyzed the importance of human resource development in northwest region,chosen the suitable variables to form the framework of the index system,compared the data of the sample provinces,found that the actual situation of human resource in these provinces was reflected by the index system,and some suggestions were provided in the end. |
