| 摘 要： | 我国现行的政治体制对于农民的政治参与提供了基本的制度框架,但很不完善,而现有的具体制度的运行也有缺陷。本文分析了当前我国农民非制度性政治参与的原因,并以此为出发点提出了一些相应的对策。
