The Reform and Practice of Talent Cultivation Model on Financial Software

In order to cultivate complex applied talents who are good at accounting and informationization,the colleges and universities should grasp the characters of the students,connect with the society tightly,deepen the combination with learning and working to cultivate talents who can satisfy the social requirement accordingly.According to the characters of the students specialized in economy and management,the author made a discussion on the teaching reform of how to cultivate the advanced and applied competitive talents during the present times in order to adapt the development of the modern education.
