| 摘 要： | 通过对2011年和2012年乌鲁木齐市道路交通噪声常规监测数据统计分析,受机动车保有量增加及城市基础设施开建造成道路拥堵等因素的影响,2012年全市道路交通噪声污染呈现出小幅上升之势,从而有针对性的提出了增强协调联动、实施统一监管,完善交通管理,提高中心城区道路质量、改善机动车车况,加强绿化和隔声屏障建设,以及加大对交通噪声污染的宣传力度、提高民众防护意识等防治措施。

Quality status and prevention measures of traffic noise environment in Urumqi |

| Abstract: | Based on statistical analysis of traffic noise monitoring datum in Urumqi from 2011 to 2012, by the increase in the vehicle population and the impact of urban infrastructure constructed open road congestion and other factors, in 2012 the city＇s road traffic noise pollution showed a slight increase of potential, which has targeted the proposed enhanced coordination of joint, unified supervision, improve traffic management and improve the quality of city center roads, improving vehicle condition, strengthen afforestation and construction of noise barriers, as well as increase the traffic noise pollution propaganda raise public awareness of protection control measures. |
