保持中国体育大国地位与引进外教关系的探讨

我国在北京奥运会时取得金牌总数第一,成为世界体育大国.若要保持体育大国的地位,我国不仅要在传统优势项目上保持领先,还要在潜优势项目和落后项目上取得突破.除了提高这些项目教练员执教水平外,引进外教成为解决这一问题的重要补充手段之一.本文通过对我国引进外教工作现状的分析研究,对该项工作提出建议.

A Discussion of the Relationship between Maintaining China A Sports Power and Bringing in Foreign Coaches

China topped the list of gold medals at the Beijing Olympics and becomes a sports power in the world.To maintain such a level,not only should we stay ahead on the traditionally superior sports events,but also we need to get some breakthrough on the potentially superior or backward events.Besides raising the coachisy level of the local coaches,bringing in foreign coaches is an important supplement.This paper,by way of an analysis of the previous work of introducing foreign coaches to our country,puts forth some suggestions to it.
