| Abstract: | In P.E. teaching and training,it is importont to attach great importance to safe education and prevent sports injuries, which will guarantee the students physically and mentally healthy and the teaching task successfully fufilled.To rationalize and perfect the management of P.E teaching and extracurricular activities, the universal laws on the occurrence of sports injuries are brought to light from the angle of teaching theory,and preventive measures are posed in this article. |
