| 摘 要： | 精益管理是一门处于高速发展中的管理科学,其原理对图书馆采访工作具有很强的指导意义 ,对比精益管理理念,目前图书馆采访工作存在工作系统复杂、无效劳动、反求工程需加强等问题,针对这些问题,需重新思考采访工作的基本战略并逐步建立起符合精益管理理念的工作方法．

| Abstract: | Precise Management, as a science of high-speed development, provides a significant guidance in the library acquistion. Present library acquistion exsits many problens: complex working system, invalid labor, and reverse projects to be improved. Objecting to these problems, it is necessary to reconsider the basic strategies of library acqisition and establish the new methods instilling precise management concept. |
