| 摘 要： | 1998年俄罗斯金融危机的爆发,更是宣告了自由主义者在俄罗斯的改革以彻底失败而告终。其次,权威主义是由非市场经济向市场经济过渡的必需。当然这种改革必须是在“国家主义”思想的指导下进行。“新俄罗斯思想”的三个核心是弘扬俄罗斯历史传统,强化爱国主义以及抛弃帝国思想、全面融入世界。普京执政后,曾面临着两种不同的制度选择:“自由式”的制度安排,或者是“可控式”的制度安排。

| Abstract: | The break out of the financial crisis in Russia in 1998 announced the complete failure of the Russian liberalist.However,authority is the necessity for the transition from the non-market economy to market economy.Surely this kind of reform should be carried out under the thought of "nationalism".The core of the new Russian thinking is developing the Russian historic tradition,strengthening patriotism and abandoning imperialistic thinking and fully melting into the world.After Vladimir Putin came into power,he has had two different system choices: "freestyle" system management or "governable" system management. |
