This article analyzes the problems about loan and loan return in enrollment expansion of colleges and universities. The analysis demonstrates that colleges and universities now is on the peak of loan return, suffering severe economical pressure, after loaning massively from bank for meeting the request for teaching in the process of enrollment expansion in recent years. Further, this article concludes that this difficult position results from the enrollment expansion of colleges and university under the government policy, and the ways to solve this problem is that government increases the national finance investment as well as universities expand their finance channels.
