从校园因素看高师生的心理健康教育

摘    要:不良的校园环境(包括物质环境和心理环境)、学业压力、高校教师的心理健康问题等校园因素是影响高师生心理健康的主要因素。因此,应当开展面向全体教师的心理健康教育培训,并通过各种途径加强高师生的心理健康教育,以切实改善高师生的心理健康状况。

Abstract:Unhealthy school conditions(including material and mental conditions),study pressure,college teacher's mental health problems and some other factors are the fundamental factors affecting collegians mental health.We should create a new course to all the college staff to train them on the mental health,and by all means strengthen collegions'mental health education to improve their mental health condition effectively.
