| 摘 要： | 指出高校实行党代表大会代表任期制具有重要意义。在高校实行党代表大会代表任期制,需要科学界定党代表大会代表的权利职责,加强对其监督,并注意处理好党代表大会与教职工代表大会之间的关系问题。高校实行党代表大会代表任期制必须建立健全相应的运行机制,如建立党的代表大会年会制、完善党代表民主选举制度、建立三级联系制度、建立党代表大会代表调研制度、完善对党代表的监督制约机制和测评机制等。
