浅谈校园文化对学生非智力因素的培养

实践证明，非智力因素对人的成功起着决定性的作用，而校园化能潜移默化地促进其培养。在此过程中，校园化能起到陶冶情感、磨练意志、激发兴趣、发展想象力、培养优良品质、丰富感性经验等作用。因此，应该充分开发校园化．以制度化规范学生，以精神化熏陶学生，以物质化启迪学生，培养学生的非智力因素。
