| Abstract: | Combining with the management aims of HVE student cultivation,the class management mode based on team organization should replace the traditional one based on function to play the leading role.In cultural building,the new mode lays stresses on team cooperating spirit and group-leaders' coordination abilities,which are new thoughts on HVE class management. |
