关于中学语文教学与语文教师素质的思考

中大兴安岭语文教学改革势所必然，但目前遇到三个巨大障碍：一是语文教材的陈旧落后，二是高考升学指挥棒的制约，三是教师教学方式的八股化，因此，在教材和考试制度未彻底改革的时候，语文教学观念和语文教师素质应先有大的突破和改变，应该树立语文即是一门科学，又是一门审美艺术的观念，全面提升语文教师的知识结构和审美修养。

Reflections on Chinese Teaching in the Middle School and the Quality of the Teachers

The reform of Chinese teaching in the midd le school is imperative under the current situation However,at present there ar e three great obstacles in its way.First,the textbooks are out of date. Second,C hinese teaching is restrieted by national collgeg entrance exam.Third,the teachi ng methodology is stereotyped.Therefore,before a thorough reform on textbooks an d the exam system,there must be a breakthrough in the concept of chinese teachin g and enhancement of the quality of the teachers.That is to say,the Chinese cour se should be regarded not only as a science but an aesthetic art and the knowledge strure and aesthetic t aste of Chinese teachers must be improved comprehensively.
