摘    要:普通高中育人方式改革体现了新时代高中教育公平的价值意蕴,即以生为本的过程公平、多维视角的复合公平和可测可证的指标公平。在普通高中育人方式改革的实践中蕴含着4方面的公平风险:政策实践演绎中的功利化倾向,校际间课程开发的能力差异,教学组织形式变革的资源困境,教师增负背景下的增能挑战。消解上述风险的路径有:进一步探索上下互动的政策执行机制,拓展教育资源的供给边界,以信息技术资源弥合师资差距,优化基于学生差异发展的生涯教育和评价体系。

Abstract:The cultivation reform of senior high school reflects the value implication of education equity in the new era that is student-centered process equity,multi-dimensional composite equity and measurableverifiable index equity.However,there are four aspects of equity risks in the practice of the reform:utilitarian tendency in policy implementation,ability difference in curriculum development between schools,resource dilemma in the reform of teaching organization form,and the challenge of empowerment under the background of increasing burden for teachers.The ways to eliminate the above equity risks are:to further explore the policy implementation mechanism of“up and down interaction”,to expand the supply boundary of educational resources,to bridge the gap between teachers with information technology resources,and to optimize the career education and evaluation system based on the students’personality development.
