高校国有资产管理问题及解决途径

随着我国社会主义市场经济的建立，国有资产管理体制改革与探索的推进，行政事业单位特别是高校的国有资产管理体制的改革，滞后于国有企业为代表的国有资产管理体制的改革与探索。高校国有资产管理工作是高校管理工作的重要组成部分，它直接影响着学校教学、科研的发展和效益。作者对当前高校国有资产管理上存在的问题进行了研究和分析并提出解决的途径。

Colleges and Universities State-owned Assets Management Way

As the market-oriented economic system is set up in socialist China and the state-owned assets management system is constantanly reformed,the reform of administrative institution's state-owned assets management system, especilly that of colleges and universities', lags behind that of the state-owned enterprises. Colleges and universities' state-owned assets managing is an important component of colleges and universities' management. It directl influences teaching,the speed of scientific research,dimension and economic results of colleges and universities. This paper puts for ward problems in the present management and tries to find effective ways to strengthen it.
