| 摘 要： | 十岁出头的少年尚未摆脱儿童的纯真和对美好生活的憧憬,却不得不面对令他们困惑的成人世界。美国文学之父马克·吐温描写了不少少年儿童从无知状态进入有知状态的困惑,一方面赞美了孩子的正直、诚实,猛烈抨击了种族观;另一方面则揭露并批判了成人世界的丑恶。诺贝尔文学奖获得者福克纳继承并发展了这一主题

| Abstract: | Children of about ten years old are still innocent and longing for a good life. Abut they have to face the adult world that is beyond their understanding. Mark twain, father of American literature, describes the dilemma of some children of this age from their innocent state into experienced state, On the one hand, it is to value highly children's justice, faith and blame race discrimination. On the other hand, it is to disclose the ugliness of the adult world. William Faulkner, a Nobel prize winner for literature inherits and develops Mark Twain's theme. |
