高职院校工学结合专班学生权益保障研究——以昆山登云科技职业学院为例

调查表明,高职院校专班学生权益保障目前存在着法律保护缺失、身份界定缺陷、企业管理缺席、高校教管缺位、维权意识缺乏等方面问题。实践中,政府要从完善立法、加强监督、积极介入和风险分担入手,社会要加强媒体监督并提供服务,企业需要完善制度、教育管理且能够敢于担当,学院要慎选企业、规范管理和加强教育,学生本人更要主动学习和增强能力,多方合力来有效保障学生权益。

Study on the Students Rights and Interests Protection in the Work-study Combination Class of Vocational Colleges---A Case Study of Kunshan Dengyun College of Science and Technology

Survey shows that there are such problems as the lack of legal protection , identification defining defects , the absence of enterprise management , the absence of colleges and universities teaching and management , the lack of maintaining legal rights awareness in the students＆#39;rights and interests protection in the work-study combination class in vocational colleges .In practice, the government should begin with perfecting the legislation , strengthening supervision , active intervention and risk sharing; the society should strengthen the supervision of the media and provide services ; enterprises should improve the system , education management and be dare to take responsibilities;schools should select the right enterprises , standardize management and enhance education;the students themselves should learn more actively and enhance their capacities; multilateral joint effort can hence safeguard the students＆#39;rights and interests effectively .
