综合型实验教学的探索与实践

摘    要:以铜基形状记忆合金材料为主线,精心设计了记忆合金弹簧的动作观察、微扫描量热实验、扫描电镜实验、透射电镜实验、金相定量分析、X衍射实验等一系列实验。具有起点高、内容综合性强、易于实现兴趣与知识结合、有利于培养和造就高水平科技人才等特点。

Abstract:Cu-based shape memory alloy (SMA) is used as samples. A series of the tests, such as action observation of SMA spring, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurement, scanning electron microscope (SEM) test, transmission electron microscope (TEM) observation, metallographic quantitative analysis and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) determination, are meticulously designed. These experiments have characteristics of high starting point, strong comprehensiveness of contents, easy combining interest with knowledge, great advantage to cultivate and bring up qualified scientific and technical talents.
