摘    要:组织认同研究的是特定组织的成员与组织具有一致性倾向的现象。其兴起的社会背景主要在于现代社会组织变迁现象的大量发生及个体主体性意识的提升。国外组织认同研究主要是从组织认同和组织认同感研究着手进行的,而国内学者王彦斌将上述两个从狭义上使用的概念合起来统称为组织认同。从实质上说,组织认同研究所关注的是组织成员与自己所在的组织保持一致性从而完成组织目标。

Abstract:Recently, Organizational Identification/Organizational Identity has been a hot topic in the study of organizational behavior and managerial psychology. It studies the congruence between members and the certain organization. Its social background is that a lot of organizational changes take place every day in modem society meanwhile the individual subject consciousness has been improved a great deal. In the West, most of the studies discuss both Organizational Identification and Organizational Identity while Wang Yanbin in our country integrates these two definitions into one. In fact, all these focus on the fact that the members of a certain organization keep consistent with the organization in order to fulfill its goal.
