浅谈保险行业人才培养与储备机制建设

保险具有经济补偿、资金融通和社会管理功能,是市场经济条件下风险管理的基本手段,是金融体系和社会保障体系的重要组成部分,保险行业迅猛发展带来的一个直接的结果就是对保险人才需求量的猛增。目前我国保险业的人才数量还远远不足,供需比例为1∶4。保险人才的缺乏已成为制约保险业发展的瓶颈之一。因此,适应快速发展的保险行业发展态势,加快建立健全保险人才培养与储备机制已时不我待。

With the functions of economic compensation,capital fusing and social management,insurance is a basic means of risk-control under market economy and is also one of the important parts of monetary and social ensuring system.With the rapid development of insurance,one direct effect of this phenomenon is a big claim of practitioners.Nowadays,the amount of our national insurance practitioner is far more insufficient.The lack of practitioners now becomes the big problems of insurance development.Therefore,It is badly needed to build an all-round cultivation and reservation system to suit the fast development of insurance.
