| Abstract: | How to improve students' English comprehensive abilities is emphasized in the reform of college English education.Listening and speaking are students' basic abilities to use English.This is prescribed by the social property of the language.The essence of language environment is to be influenced by what one constantly sees and hears,repeated practice as well.In this article,the author discusses about how to establish the English language environment in colleges and how to improve the listening and speaking abilities. |
