| 摘 要： | 创造性的从工科的学科特点入手,对高校扩招后出现大学生挂科日趋严重的现象进行了分析,发现学生质量、师资队伍以及社会环境等均对挂科现象的产生有不同程度的影响,在此基础上探讨了改善挂科严重问题的对策,以提高工科大学生素质素养。

| Abstract: | Creativc begins with the disciplinecharacteristic of engineering analyzes the growing phenomenon of student＇s fail after the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,and found that the quality of students,teachersas well as the social environment and so on are all impact on the phenomen on of fail with varying degrees,on the basis of this put forward the countermeasures to improve the serious problems of fail,in order to improve the student＇s quality andliteracy. |
