| 摘 要： | 持球突破技术及时机的掌握与运用，在比赛中起着举足轻重的作用，不但直接关系到全队进攻的成败，而且关系到集体配合的效果，与最终的比赛结果也紧密联系。通过分析持球突破技术及时机的把握，从进攻队员如何能更好掌握与运用该项技术的特点出发，提出如何把握瞬息既失的时机，以及训练把握该时机的途径与方法。

| Abstract: | The mastery and application of the skills and opportunities in breaking through holding the ball is of vital importance in the basket-ball contest.It affects directly not only the success or failure of the group's attack but the effect of the collective's coordination,and it is also related closely to the final outcome.By analyzing the skills of breaking through.The grasp of opportunities and how the team members can master and apply the characteristic of the skills better,it is put forward here that how to grasp the chances which will disappear in the twinkling of an eye and the ways of training . |
