| Abstract: | The the scientific development concept is proposed of the new Central Committee according to the changed conditions at home and abroad,it has been written on the Constitution in the seventeenth congress.The starting point is to make countries better development,it is proposed that based on domestic problems,international experience and the accumulation ability of countries in the development process. |
