| 摘 要： | 作为英国教育系统的中间管理层，英国地方教育当局在教育系统中的地位和作用在战后几经演变。曾经一度走向辉煌，而后又走向衰落。文章主要分析了战后英国政府对地方教育所采取的一系列政策，以及由此导致的地方教育当局在教育系统中的地位和作用的变化，希望以此能加深我们对国家教育管理体制的理解。

| Abstract: | Being the middle management layer of the education system in Britain,LEAs' role and status in education system has changed several times,heading for the brilliancy and then tending over comedown. The article mainly analyzes a series of policies that British Government imposes on LEAs,and consequently changes of LEAs' role and status in education system,which can help us deepen our comprehension of our national system of education administration. |
