摘    要:如何改善集体教学,重视学生的个性发展是世界教学改革面临的共同课题。各国经验表明,有效实施个性化学习范式,有助于革除集体教学的积弊。日本个性化学习的理论与实践的成功探索,意义是深远的,其经验以及所面临的问题都值得我们借鉴。

Abstract:It is widely accepted that collective teaching neglects students' individual character.How to improve it and pay more attention to the development of individual character is a common issue confronted by teaching reform worldwide.Individualized learning is an effective way of overcoming the disadvantages of traditional collective teaching.The exploration of the theory of individualized learning and the successful practices in Japan are enlightening to us.Its experience and problems are valuable to us in the efforts of putting this method into practice.
