阐述Wiki的含义及基本特征,对Wiki在政府知识管理的研究进展作了文献述评,指出现有成果的研究局限,然后论述Wiki的知识管理功能及优势,提出了基于Wiki的政府知识管理目标和任务,构建基于Wiki的政府知识管理模型,最后结合实例说明了Wiki在政府知识管理中对内、对外方面的具体应用。

Study on Government Knowledge Management Based on Wiki

Describes the conception of Wiki and its basic features and makes a review on Wiki and government knowledge management research progress and points out the limitations about the current research results.The paper also describes the functions and advantages of Wiki application on government knowledge management and puts forward the targets and tasks of government knowledge management based on wiki.And a government knowledge management platform model is constructed based on wiki,and examples are given finally to illustrate the application of government knowledge management.
