| 摘 要： | 针对H指数存在的种种不足与缺陷,国外不少学者提出并采用了"序号-引用量"曲线用以完善H指数评价。在对该曲线分析的基础上,考虑到未被引专利的作用,将零h2区补充到原来的上h2区、h2区和下h2区中,且就其计算公式进行了详细地说明。进而,以华为、爱立信、中兴、阿朗、高通公司五家专利权人的PCT专利数据为例进行了实证比较,并对我国通讯设备企业的未来发展提出了相应的发展战略。

| Abstract: | Based on the drawbacks in H index,kinds of scholars put forward and adopt "rank-citation curve" to perfect its evaluation.At first,the paper explained the curve and its implication,and then added "zero h2 area" to the initial "upper h2 area","h2 area" and "lower h2 area" to take un-cited patents into account.With the formulas,the five assignees,including Huawei,Ericsson,ZTE,Alcatel-Lucent and Qualcomm,were taken to make comparison,in order to discover the effective patent strategy for our Chinese communication companies’ development. |
