| 摘 要： | 后现代教育管理理论对传统教育管理观的批判切中要害,具有许多富有建设性的意见。对后现代教育管理的研究视角进行阐释,并分析出后现代教育管理理论对我国教育管理观念和模式的启示,以期促进我国教育管理理论的发展和实践改革。
