视频微博在大学英语口语课外训练中的应用研究

摘    要:遵循以现代信息技术促进大学英语教学改革的理念,针对大学生口语能力发展中存在的"不敢讲"、"无话讲"、"讲不好"难题,在人本主义、建构主义等教学理论指导下,尝试引入视频微博服务平台,提出一种网络化、可视化、互动化的大学英语口语课外训练新模式,并开展了实证研究。实践结果表明,该模式能有效调动学生的学习主体性,促进学生对语言知识的主动建构,提高元认知水平及口语学习的信心。

Abstract:In oral English teaching at college, it remains an unsolved problem that students dare not speak English, have nothing to say and cannot speak English well. Considering this and based on the notion of promoting College English Teaching Reform with the help of modem information technology, this paper proposes a Video-Microblog-Based After-Class Training Mode for College Oral English Teaching under the theoretic guidance of Humanistic Psychology and Constructivism. An empirical study finds out that this new mode can effectively motivate students' subjectivity, facilitate the active construction of language and improve both metacognition level and confidence in English learning.
