Learning Management System Design Based on SCORM Standards

The article gives a detailed analysis of the problems existing in network courseware and the learning management system, and proposes the learning management system based on SCORM standard, the system can reorganize and modify courseware based on different teaching objects and teaching requirements.When students study, the system can automatically track and record the students＇ learning process data （including： learning time, homework and test results, forum, learning progress）, and the reorganized and modified courseware can export to new SCORM standard package.The system is designed to significantly reduce the maintenance costs of the courseware and to extend the life cycle of the courseware.
