绥化地区特殊教育师资队伍现状的调查研究

采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法就绥化地区的特殊教育师资现状做了初步的考察与分析研究,目的是了解目前绥化地区特殊教育师资的现状,以便针对其具体情况,制定出相应的培训措施,从而提高特殊教育教师的整体素质.研究结果表明:从事特殊教育的教师学历层次普遍较低,特殊教育专业修养不够;进修、学习的机会较少;大多数教师还是在特殊教育学校从事传统的特殊教育.在特殊教育向全纳性教育、融合性教育发展的趋势下,目前绥化地区的特殊教育师资是很难适应这一趋势的,这势必会影响本地区特殊教育的发展.

On the Status of Special Education Teachers in Suihua Region

The paper has status of done a preliminary study and analysis of the special education teachers in Suihua region. Purpose is to understand the current special education teachers specific circumstances, to develop appropriate training initiatives, thereby enhancing the overall quality of special education teachers.The results show that: the teachers engaged in special education is generally low education levels, lack of special education professional accomplishment; fewer opportunities to learn; the majority of teachers in special education schools follow traditional special education. The current special education teachers in Suihua region is very difficult to adapt to the develop merit trend of integration of sex education, which will certainly affect the development of special education in the region.
