关于21世纪文献信息资源共享的思考

资源共享思想在20世纪世界图书情报学界影响深广，长展长足，中国亦然，已进入了一个新的发展阶段，并在理论上取得了新的突破。但在观念、体制、标准、制度、手段、素质诸方面尚存不足。我们认为只有加强国家的宏观调控、强化馆藏书目数据库的标准化，加强协调采购重点的定位、利用分散互联网络的模式、确定不同图书馆计算机网络的建设原则、加强队伍的综合素质教育和培训、加强CALIS建设等等，才能实现我国文献信息资源共享事业的健康发展。

On the Shared Recourses of Library Information in the 21st Century

The notion of the shared recourses of library information had pervasive influence and great development in the field of library science in the 20th century worldwide. Now it has developed into a new phase and has made tremendous breakthrough in theories. However, it is still weak in the aspects of conception, systems, criteria, means, and qualities. Only through means of strengthening national macro adjustment, enhancing the standardization of the database on library books, balancing the orientation of main purchase, utilizing the decentralized Internet modes, determining the constructive principles of the Internet of different libraries, enabling the training of librarians' comprehensive qualities, and strengthening the construction of CALIS, can we enjoy the healthy development of the shared recourses of library information in our country.
