| 摘 要： | 以学术带头人为领军人物的科研团队是制约和影响国家重点实验室自主创新能力演化的主要因素之一。处于组建期、成长期、成熟期、变异期四个不同生命周期阶段的科研团队，分别通过选择机制、学习机制、研发机制和更新机制作用于国家重点实验室自主创新能力的演化过程，推动我国国家重点实验室由跟踪模仿创新到集成创新和原始创新。

| Abstract: | Scientific research team leaded by an academic leader is one of main factors restricting and impacting the evolution of self-innovation capacity of SKL.Scientific research team in the formation,growth,maturity,variation of four different life cycle stages,through selection mechanism,learning mechanism,R&D mechanism and update mechanism respectively acting on the process of formation and evolution of self-innovation capability of SKL,promote china’s SKL from tracking imitative innovation to integrated innovation,eventually to original innovation. |
