| 摘 要： | 对红花(Carthamus tinctorius Linn．)、补骨脂(Psoralea corylifolia Linn．)、桔梗(Platycodon grandiflorus A．DC．)的根尖细胞染色体进行组型分析研究．实验结果是：红花核型公式为K(2n)=2X=24=14m=10sm，核型不对称性为1A类型；补骨脂核型公式为K(2n)=2X=22=22m．核型不对称性为1A类型；桔梗的核型公式为K(2n)=2X=18=16m=2sm，核型不对称性为1A类型．

| Abstract: | The chromosome numbers and karotype of three medical plants have been reported by analyzing the chromosome of cells. the results are as follows: the karotype formula of the Carthamus tinctonrius Linn.is K(2n)=2X=24=14m=10sm,1A type; the Psoralea corylifolia Linn.is K(2n)=2X=22=22m,1A type; the Platycodon grandiflorus A.DC.is K(2n)=2X=18=16m=2sm,1A type. |
